Warranty Period
NIFLU guarantees the merchandise against defects in workmanship and materials that become apparent within 12 months from the date the buyer receives the invoice for the merchandise (hereinafter referred to as the warranty period).
All responsibilities under the warranty provisions will expire once the warranty period has ended.
The obligations of Iniflu
The obligations of Iniflu under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or, if decided, the supply of replacement products for the defective goods or parts thereof and the correction of defects in the equipment that occur during normal use, in accordance with the operating parameters established for the equipment and within the warranty period. This is limited in value to the amount stated in the commercial invoice covering the said equipment.
Under no circumstances shall Iniflu or its representatives be responsible for accidents and their consequences arising from the use of our equipment or materials. By using the material, the user unconditionally accepts the terms of this warranty.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
In the event that the buyer observes any defects in the goods during the warranty period, they must immediately provide the seller with the details of such defects and make every effort to provide all necessary information and details so that Iniflu or its representatives can verify the reported details, determine the nature and cause of the claimed defects, and allow Iniflu or its representatives full and adequate access to their facilities in order to assess and/or remedy the defects.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
The aforementioned warranty will not apply to defects in the goods caused, in whole or in part, by improper installation, storage, use, maintenance, or repairs of the goods as deemed inappropriate by Iniflu; by modifications made by the buyer or user to the goods or products, or alterations made by third parties designated by the buyer or such user, as described above, without express written consent from Iniflu.
Since INIFLU cannot control or be aware of how the users install, use, or maintain the equipment, Iniflu assumes no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from or caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer; use under conditions other than those specified in the product specifications; lack of information regarding the buyer’s requirements for equipment specifications or use; and circumstances beyond Iniflu’s control, such as wear and tear, accidents, transportation, negligence, misuse, and other conditions or circumstances beyond Iniflu’s control.
WARRANTY ON REPLACEMENTS
When defective goods are replaced through exchange or repaired, the provisions of this warranty clause will apply to the replaced or repaired goods for the remainder of the original warranty period or for a period of six months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
The previous warranty provisions will not apply to the goods to the extent that it becomes impossible or unsafe for the seller to comply with the warranty.
