Tempered Borosilicate Level Gauges – Transparent
Made of borosilicate glass, these gauges are used in various applications where chemical resistance and low thermal expansion coefficient are required. Transparent level gauge glass is manufactured in compliance with the international DIN7081 standard, ensuring quality and reliability. To standardize these sight glasses across industries, the German regulatory institute, DIN, established standardized parameters for manufacturing this type of glass.
For FLAT level gauges, a system with two observation sides is used, allowing direct observation through the glass as the fluid rises or falls. These are primarily utilized in processes where the liquid’s color is critical or in applications requiring protective mica sheets.
